A wellness centre fostering balance and healing, 7th Chakra offers a variety of alternative therapies, classes and training programs. The centre specializes in Qi Gong. This meditative Chinese practice incorporates slow-moving transitions between various poses, which are performed in conjunction with rhythmic breathing. It is intended to restore mental and physical balance, and resembles a rhythmic series of martial arts moves. “Clients come back because they’re going through something, and they notice that after a session here they feel so much better,” says owner Mario Argento.
