The resident manager of my building was a horrible woman who had no social life and treated me with absolutely no respect. I've never had such a lack of privacy living in an apartment building in my life.

I lived in Harvard Towers and had a horrible experience during my time there. The resident manager would follow and ask my guests who they were, left me juvenile notes instead of calling or emailing me, was nosy, gossiped with the owner in the hallway about tenants, entered without written notice, and was essentially an intrusive, busybody. I had no privacy. Also, when I was briefly without a car (in the process of getting another one) she gave my parking spot away. She was a former Shoppers Dru
