High rent for what you get
This rental property is poorly maintained, has multiple loud barking dogs, rude office staff and extremely thin walls. Seriously for the money I spend on rent I can get a townhouse or house. I will be moving as soon as lease is up. I do not recommend this property to anyone except maybe if you have a loud dog and no where else will let you in or if you like to have your subwoofer on high 24 hours a day.
