If I could I would leave a minus. This office we pay pad rent to is closing at all hours and not the posted hours. Due to a worker who leaves and doesnt leave any note outside or anywhere to let us know why the door is locked and the office phone is not transferred to a number we can reach. November 4th. Src8nd try to pay pad rent. Office hours 9 to 5pm. Tried 3pm on the 31st. Tried but heard they locked and left at noon. This is not the only complaint we have had over 15yrs. Many are frustrated
