terrible customer service. Don’t even try and call their call centre for a solution because they won’t offer any. I’m missing an item I payed for but they won’t ship me one or credit me. I don’t live in town so guess I’m out of luck. Oh but they did put it back in their shelf to sell it again. Seems fair.
TERRIBLE customer service. The store manager advised me to leave Chinook H&M, go to Market Mall H&M, have the security camera checked to verify how the cashier processed my transaction at purchase because the code in the boot did not match the receipt. 45 mins later, it was discovered the Chinook H&M didn't have price tags on the exact same boots (all 3 in stock) and the inside code scanned a diff product code for the receipt. Manager did not problem solve (I did) or provide any support.
