We had been with rks for years. After charging us for a service call where they didn't perform the tasks required, not making up for the mistake, and then shutting down a system without authorization, it's sad to say that companies like this shouldn't exist and will definitely loose clients with poor customer service and lack of accountability. If I could leave a minus star, I would.
