    Awful customer service. Just because they call you "sir" does not excuse rudeness, complacency, and the inability to even answer simple questions over the phone. If you can, go somewhere, no anywhere else.

    Not Impressed

    Nothing like being treated like a dumb women by your associate @ your south store in Calgary. Was told my exact part was discountinued for my washer and tried to convince me on a replacement part which did not look the same at all and I would have to screw new holes in. Went to a different parts stores and walked out of there with the exact part within minutes. Guessing you do not really know your stuff, or just trying to put one over on your customers...not sure which.:(
