We had a driveway installed of brushed concrete. After 3 years red staining began to form in spots on the driveway. We were told that it was because of the type of rock used in the driveway ??? The end of the fourth winter the surface began to Spall and flake off. We were told that was because 1. we did not shovel enough in the first three years? 2.the city is using a new compound on the roads that damages driveways?? Seal it yearly??They really did not care, their product only last 3 years!!!
