Very terrible place to shop and very rude staff. They are highly unprofessional. Dont buy from them. They will stress you out and will refuse to refund your money if they deliver a bad product. Even the replacement will not come fast. In my situation, the delivery guys were even terrible as they refused to take the very big boxes the damaged product came in. The Manager, customer service and delivery guys were all terrible.

Purchased leather 3 seat recliner sofa..they 3 replaced 3 times without any quality check and once you buy the product with them your money is gone they will not refund . Very poor quality and service while selling they will be nice after that they show their attitude..it's like do whatever you will not get your money back even after 3 times replacement they are not able to deliver proper product learned the lesson hard way . After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. Constantly lied about who’s in charge, and refuses to tell you for example, a washer and dryer is coming in; even though you are guaranteed a date. Awful customer service in all.

I went to the Brick in Deerfoot Meadows on Sunday and bought a sofa. The salesperson I dealt with was Aminata K. She was very professional and personable and really helped me make my decision. She was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me all of the information I needed to make my decision. All in all it was a very pleasant experience!

Purchased an End table Kisper,slightly damaged, very reduced price, loved it, fits perfectly for where I needed it.Wish I could have seen another piece like it not damaged at same price.

Came in to buy a bed and Ola, our sales person, was amazing. Not only did he save us over 1000.00 he got us free delivery. If your looking to buy a bed drop in and ask for Ola. He’s awesome.

4 years ago, I bought a couch with a 5 year warranty. Over the last month, one of the footrest mechanisms stopped working and the material is falling apart. We called 5 times and were told each time that someone would call us back in a day or 2. Nobody ever did. After 2 weeks, they finally responded to an email and told us they wouldn't honor the warranty because the damage was caused by neglect and pet damage. I don't understand how everyday sitting can be considered neglect or pet damage.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK!!!

Terrible terrible business. Do not buy from them. They put there furniture up for insane amounts do they can bring it down to the normal sale price to make you feel like you got a deal. Do your research, buyer beware. I bought a sectional from them. They where supposed to deliver is Friday but they got the address wrong. They asked my address so I figured they were coming. They never showed until Sunday!. Then they broke my buildings railing and refused to fix it. Do not buy from them!!!

Extremely rude, i...

Extremely rude, if I could put no stars I would. Got ignored by every sales person although yes we were only looking at beds. Then we were asked what kind of mattress we said we were unsure at the moment, he say okay, walked away, talked to another sales person was whispering then proceeded to point straight at us. So we left. We look young as we are short but my boyfriend and I are both 21 and shouldn't be treated like we are going to what,steal a bed? I've never felt more insulted.

I also will never...

I also will never shop there again !! Bought a washer and dryer Jan 1-2015 . they scratched it bringing it in . No hose for steam function , vent kit short etc. So booked appt Sunday to have hose and kit hooked up -no-one called -no-one showed up . Called them again ... booked for Wednesday after 3 -no one called -no one came - now I called them again Booked for Saturday after 5 . Told them if no -one shows up this up I will be returning both washer and dryer. Poor way to conduct a buissness

This has been the...

This has been the most ridiculous buying experience of my entire life. I took my two young girls in there back in April excitedly they picked out their new bunk bed we were told May 1st it would be available for pick up. May first comes I call as I was instructed... Told no sorry it will be ready on the 9th the bed rails are missing. Ok call the 9th no sorry the 13 th, on the 13 the no sorry the 17th, on the 17th no sorry but I guarantee it will be ready on the 20. On the 20th oh we never make guarantees could still be another week. Go in speak in person with the guy who sold me the bed ( who despite all this is actually very pleasant to deal with) should be tomorrow and ready to pick up the 22nd. Call the 22nd still shows delivers to the warehouse on the 21st they probably just haven't unloaded it yet. Call back the store today now it's not showing as arriving at the warehouse today could be a few more days to pick up yet for sure not gonna be today though. Wrote customer service 4 days ago to file a complaint still have heard nothing back still waiting for my darn bed still haven't had any decent explanation as to what the heck is going on. I will never in my life spend another penny at this or any other brick. Just a tip perhaps you'd have to deal with this a lot less ( woman on the phone today said oh those bed rails we always have to wait on bed rails!!) make it a requirement the manufacturer sends all the pieces in one shipment!!! Why would you send a bed without the rails that hold it together!!!!

I order bedroom s...

I order bedroom set and couches after 2 month of agonizing pain and bills for this stores disregarde for paper work half my things ended up at somone elts house when i called them and informed them what they had done they did not fix the problem i had to go to a random persons house and collect the items my self in total i lost 6 days of lost wages due to there mistakes i would not recomend anyone ever shoping at any brick. And defenatly never get them to deliver.

New Tables

While shopping for our new home we needed some new tables for the living room! We stopped at all the store but everything we saw didnt fit. We finally decided to go to the Brick, they were having a sale and we saw a few tables we had seen at another store but they were half the price! We picked them up and had them set up in the new house in no time and they look great!
