I have tried calling the appt. line all day. the shortest wait time was 22 minutes and the longest was 37 minutes. My cordless phone which is the only phone I have will not last that long with the battery. The clinic forgot to do blood work ordered by my Heart Dr. when I went in the do other bloodwork. I hope the phone wait gets better for the customers.
