Service was terrible!!! I was misled throughout the entire moving process! 1. Price was doubled after pickup 2. pickup and drop off dates changed at their convenience. initially told 7-12 days. 16 days later I am still waiting on my goods to arrive with no sign of arrival within the next week!! 3. packing material costs are ridiculous. e.g. $25 for a cardboard box Avoid this company!!

Thank you to the amazing staff at Canadian National Vanlines , I moved my elderly mother from Toronto to be closer to her family in Ottawa, our time restrictions made planning this move very difficult, but Hanna and the other girl (not sure of her name) worked it out for me. I was so worried about stressing out my 93 mother, the crew was so patient with her and myself, I couldn’t have asked for better people to work with and Mark and Sammy made this the easiest move I could’ve asked for.
I moved from Humboldt, SK to Virginia I found it weird that I was not given a set date for the pickup of my things but when I called and spoke with my sales rep Hanna she explained the process to me and made me feel extremely comfortable with the moving process. I had other companies contact me with cheaper prices but she is the reason I chose this company. They arrived a day late than what I was told but when the men arrived they were very pleasant.
