Customer service goes a long way and Ben’s is top notch, completely accommodating to my time frame and schedule, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Above and beyond just simply getting parts and repair. I’d highly recommend his service every time.

Lawnmower was repaired within hours to a standard that was more secure than when it left the factory. Personable and professional service. This ended up being on warranty but the quoted cost, had it not been, was fair and reasonable. He also gave me worthwhile, detailed and reliable consumer advice on an upcoming purchase. Best small engine repair place I've ever come across.

Ben is a great communicator, incredibly friendly and very cost conscious. He did a great job replacing a rectifier and cleaning the commutator in my GreenWorks lawnmower within 24 hours. I will definitely be going back if I need service in the future.
