The lady was very unhelpful, I waited for 15 minutes before she came out to exchange a pair of shoes only to be told that there is no manger here to approve the exchange. She was very unpleasant and told me there is nothing to do. The customer service really was lacking. I don’t live in the city and it was very frustrating to be turned away. I went to the WEM location and they were 10x better, greeted with a smile and no questions asked about the exchange.
