Cant get any orders right. I ordered 2 coffee and your manager lied and said I ordered one. Waste of my money and I hate liers

Heritage McDonalds Edmonton, 11007 23 ave. About a 75% failure rate in getting the order right if ordering more than one combo. Never going back, this last time was the final straw. Missing food, hair in the burger, missing toppings on the burgers. Just awful. As said, almost every time I have to go and get my order fixed. By then all the food is cold and no coupons/freebies/apologies.
