Charges $176 to open a door. THis company holds a contract with the property management company that is assigned to a condo building in which I own a suite. I did not Speak to anyone from either party about them entering my suite or to discuss pricing of their services. I have found other locksmiths that charge $50 for the same service. I feel it is unfair to provide services without speaking to the owner and giving upfront pricing.
