Extremely poor customer service. The pictures they use to advertise their products are not their own... they’re all from the Ana White website. Charged me extra for custom changes and then never did them. Then they refused to fix their mistakes or refund me my deposit. Super disappointed with my experience.

I ordered a dining table, coffee table and end tables in November. Product is decent considering the price, but the service is atrocious. The end tables were not made as I had wished. Their definition of width was different than mine and so my tables were wider than they were long. When I called to bring this to their attention a day after receiving the order I was told they would make it right but that I had to wait until January.
