Very, very slow to get stuff back, expect months at minimum. Has been like this for years, maybe they need to get more staff??

When I needed a surge protector for my air compressor, Quality Tool Repair was the only place that would order it in for me. They were very helpful.

I attempted to order a part and indicated clearly I needed it as soon as possible. I was told it was coming in the next week and at no time I told about any potential for delays. Two weeks later, I called and was not given any clear information. More importantly I was treated poorly as a customer. I explained I was not happy with the lack of communication and they did not care. Getting my money back was also problematic.
