Rally has been great to deal with, the sales person was amazing. Was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Will recommend everyone looking for a Subaru to Rally 10/10 hands down.

Sales team sells the vehicle with a smile and the service team tells you that your issue is trivial so they really dont care. Average waiting time for an appointment is 20 days

Went for Service B at 20,000km. Asked for a quote. Was given a range $480-$580 noting that it will increase depending on filters needing replacement. Terrible customer service. But when both dealerships are under the same owner, who cares. Trying to book an appointment requires leaving your number on the machine and they'll call you back at THEIR convenience. I tried many times to get a live body throughout the day with no success.

Terrible customer service. They don't mind selling you car, but don't bother going there for service. Rude service staff that just don't care.

Really poor sale ...

Really poor sale staff or salesmam to be exact. Very rude did not listen. Cant see ever going back.
