Over priced, poor after sales support and slow to rectify issues. Owner brushes you off and hopes you will go away

AM very unhappy. Purchased new furnace with A/C in Dec. Apparently A/C not working. Managed yesterday to contact through Salesman. Later got call. Supposed to have electrician call this morn. Now 3:30pm. No call and can get no response from calling. Does not allow me to leave message. Tried all 5 options.. Just to speak to someone.
