First, they told me my possession date was February 3 with only a week and a half of notice and without ever sending me my 35 days to possession letter. They moved it to February 25. After a few days, I left a voicemail with the legal department because the letter was late by several days. Nobody returned my call. I got the letter (late) and my name was spelled wrong (even though they got my name right in every other document). Waiting for new copy now.
