I was given a gift card for a birthday gift over two years ago and I have never been able to sucessfully book in and recieve a treatment. I have tried to book massages for myslef, my boyfriend and my nephew and every single time the appointments are cancelled by staff at this facility. I have asked numerous times for the owner Heather to call and I have never recieved a response from her. I just donated teh card to a local sports team that was looking for donation items! Good luck to the winner.
