Couldn't be worse. Do nothing, refuse to communicate, sends blank statements expecting payment without descriptions or knowledge of anything. Fired me as a client for asking for updates on files. I genuinely believe this firm is a hazard to the community. Hire them if you like to be treated like garbage and held hostage.
