Had an unusual break off of the rear view mirror of our car. Took us in that afternoon and repaired it with no charge!! Wonderful staff. Made a stressful situation very pleasant. Thank you so very much.

Absolutely terrible service. I have now ordered on two separate occasions glass from here and not received the correct order. The second order I asked the people at the front desk to confirm it was correct as I live out of town and they were very short about the fact that it was. When I got home the glass measurements were incorrect. I was offered no refund for having to then drive back in and got a response from the manager of “I don’t care”. Will never go here again.

Good customer service

We got great customer service and very fast turnaround at the Lethbridge Crystal Glass. They are friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend going here for any of your auto glass repair needs.
