He will take your money as a deposit to replace furnace but misses out on 2 scheduled appointments. Then offers a refund but never refunds your money! Keep having excuses such as cheque cant be cleared even though it has been 2 weeks. Do not go with this guy Mack with hi efficiency heating & air conditioning!! he is not reliable and not honest!!!
