have never had such a bad customer experience in my life as i did today at Part Source Medicine Hat. Randy is the rudest person i have ever dealt with.... I will be canceling my account tomorrow and Parts Source will never see another dime from Me. The customer service and the Medicine hat store has been getting very bad in the last 3 or 4 years but Randy took it to a whole new level..... If you Know me give me a call and i will tell you all about it.
