Booked a tattoo with Tim, one of the owners. After requesting changes to original drawing, the shop called and yelled at me on the phone for 40 minutes. I cancelled my appointment, and they publicly shamed me on facebook for it. Unless you enjoy terrible communication, horrible customer service, and being publicly shamed, you may want to take your cash elsewhere.
