These guys are to...

These guys are totally useless. I've been waiting for a package from UPS that travelled via UPS from China. Everything went flawlessly until these guys got involved. Unfortunately UPS has contracted with Overnight Express to handle deliveries in our area. First day it's out on the truck for delivery, but the driver doesn't know the area and can't find our house. I phone UPS and give them the information they need but it takes 24 hrs!! to get it to O.N.E. Told now it'll be 3 more days.

Awesome Service

I had to send some documents to Fort McMurray to my husband to sign for our new house. We came accross Overnight Expedite on the web and decided to try them. The documents were delivered before 9:00am and I had them back the next day signed and off to the lawyer for closing @ 10:30 am. Exceeded my doubtful expectations even though they guaranteed the service. VERY IMPRESSED ... and we are happy in our new home..... Thanks Overnight !!
