Bought a new phone 2 days later it dies and they tell me to go to Samsung Without even listening to my concerns about their judgment, just contact Samsung Clearly the phone was in mint condition other than the screen dying Maybe opened it 25 times in 2 days Had a flip for 5 years no problem No customer service No accountability for the product that was just sold 2 days prior Just hiding behind a loop hole with Samsungs no physical damage warranty crap Their was no physical damage
