Reprehensible Customer Service

Krest promised me I would have my sod within a few weeks of my possession date (April 19, 2016). Krest did not install the sod until the last week of September, 2016. We were told by Young’s Yard Service, who were hired by Krest to lay the sod, to stay off the sod for at least two weeks. After two weeks, there was so much frost, and the temperatures were so cold, it was impossible to mow the grass before the snow came, and the mice and moles had a glorious feast all winter, destroying my yard
