Ever wonder why your service was so bad? They are constantly going through new staff who do not know what they are doing. The employee doing your pre-testing are not educated in the field of optometry and are getting paid minimum wage. DO NOT apply for a job at this company, unless you want to be verbally abused and under appreciated. The employment turnover is utterly disgusting, you will most likely work right up until your probation period and then you will get laid off or let go for no legal reason. Think twice before applying, it looks like a great job opportunity but there is a reason he is calling you back with your minimal job experience.
