Dave inspected two homes for us, and each time he was friendly, professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He always encouraged questions, even if it meant the inspection ran a lot longer. He made sure to explain exactly what he was doing and seeing at all times. We would definitely recommend him to anybody!

Excellent quality...

Excellent quality and value. Would definitely recommend. Dave took his time with a thermal scan of our home; he identified problem areas, potential reasons, and fixes for these areas. He's knowledgeable, ethical, and truthful. He wasn't in a rush, took his time and did a thorough examination.
