Don’t shop here. Terrible customer service. I went to buy cables, over $200 worth. I said several times I wasn’t sure this was what I needed and said I may be back later to exchange, I was NEVER told all sales were final. I came back the same day to return, or exchange and was told all sales final. I suggested store credit or exchange and no flexibility at all. Same day, no packaging open. Zero customer service.

First, store ambience is absolutely top notch! Super comfy chairs if you have to wait. C.E. Relationship started a bit rocky with purchase of re-furbished phone - turned out to be unsatisfactory. Visit2:Had very pleasant chat w Reece, was helpful but unable to fully resolve issue. Visit3: Connected with owner and new phone provided. Still figuring it out - fairly big step up from beloved little flip-phone (did not wash well). Initial difficulty unfortunate. Would do business again. G.C.

Great store for a...

Great store for all your cell phone needs! Service was exceptional. The store is very organized and clean. Prices are very competitive, there were a couple of people ahead of me in line to pay but I was promptly acknowledged. I would definitely shop here again and I would also recommend this business to my friends and family.
