We missed a couple of appointments and the doc gave us the boot and said that he would not see us again. a year later, we lost our next family doc and called. we were told that it would be no problem if we saw dr. frechette again. we waited for an hour and when it was our turn to se him he cancelled the visit. Really mature, Doc!
