Purolator has to be the WORST Courier. I cannot count how many times they have screwed up deliveries. I have been at home all day waiting for an important package. At 1:00 I check the tracking site and see "Unable to deliver - receiver inaccessible" I call the help line to ask what this means? This is a blatant lie because no one has been on my yard - I have camera footage to prove it. I wish there was a way to force shippers to use other carriers.

Gong show doesn’t even begin to describe this morning. Had a rush order due to be delivered today. I was home and find a sticker that said sorry we missed you. No knock or door buzzer used!!!!!! What’s THAT ALL ABOUT!!!!! Use other delivery services if possible!! I will be letting the very LARGE company that I deal with to find another delivery service!!!!

What a gong-show of an operation. No one knows anything, there is no one to talk to as far as finding out where a package may be and they keep claiming the package was delivered even though no proof can be provided. Been waiting all day for their so-called "package tracing team" to call me back on an escalated "urgent" matter. Now end of the day and still no word back or any kind of update. I would not deal with these clowns. Thanks "DEBBIE". You had ONE JOB.
