Terrible service. Pick up was from my house. Emails and calls ignored, had no clue until an hour before they were coming IF they actually were going to show. Item down the stairs at the backdoor, all three would walk through the house with shoes to front door instead of using the backdoor. No common sense on how to get items from the house to the truck. I had to explain why a narrow path between a fence and car were a bad idea ?? headache to use this company....avoid!!
I used Riverbend for my move and they were exceptional. On time, super friendly, professional and hard working. I was pretty stressed out on my move day but as soon as they showed up on time I was put at ease. I definitely recommend them!
