I was a tenant in one of their properties for over a year before they sold the building. During that time, I had to deal with the abusive caretaker of the building and my voice was never heard. I was once told that if I have any complaints, I can provide my move out notice. They have zero compassion for their tenants and allow their employee to treat them as horribly as possible. If you are renting from this property management company, prepare yourself for a miserable residency.

We have had an awesome experience both renting from Arton Dyck Holdings and Care Taking for their buildings. Communication with the office is timely and efficient, and the property management wants the best for their tenants; they tend to concerns quickly and respectfully. Very satisfied with our experience with this company.

Terrible experience with them. Not taking responsibility. Highly recommended not to rent a suite in their building
