Customer service is poor. They give you your donuts in a bag that gets stuck to the food (unless you specify to have it put into a to-go box). If you specify your order is for inside, ¾ of the time, they will still put it in a to-go bag. On top of that, Tims has now reduced the amount of bread you get with your $5.00 bowl of chilli soup. And if you order from the kiosk by the doors, not all the drinks that are available in store are listed on the machine (been like that for weeks at least).

Don't even consider working at this location, I worked here last summer. I know the same supervisor still works here and you better stay away from him, he sure knows how to get rid of people for no reason. The owner is blindsided by the fact that he's being manipulated by this supervisor.
