Worst experience ever. They used the wrong fluid which caused damage to my car. Had to bring it into the shop the very next day, and it took the shop 2 weeks to fix the damage, which was on the exact same part Great Canadian Oil Change touched. Brought all of my bills/recipts to Great Canadian Oil Change afterwards where they laughed in my face, saying it must be a coincidence that the part broke within seconds after leaving their lot. Very rude, inconsiderate, and underexperienced people!

The service was t...

The service was terrible. They told me I needed a Differential service and a Transfer Case service which I did and the next time I went back for an oil change they told me they could not check the Differential fluid or the Transfer Case fluid because the check plugs were stripped!!! I told them they just did it they would do nothing about it saying IT MUST HAVE COME FROM THE FACTORY THAT WAY! My vehicle was 7 years old. I know it did not come from the factory that way.

Customer Service is Job 1

I signed up just to give those gents a better name at the Portage Avenue location. I was just in there yesterday for transmission and differential service, and not only were the gentlemen friendly but very professional at the same time. They made sure to show me the transmission flush and let me watch as it happened, and treated me kindly the entire time even when I had questions.

AWFUL!!

Absolutely the worst experience and service I have ever encountered with any company ever!!! It will only cause you more problems; they caused damages to my car and refuse to do anything about it! I've called many times and they are extremely rude each time. This is a warning to everyone.
