You can tell they are the only players in town. Attitude towards clients and attitude in general is incredibly ignorant. I recommend flying in your own audio people; it's way cheaper and they are nicer to deal with!!!

We do practise that the client is always right. Specify your comment fluffy on who you dealt with and we can correct it!
