Worst company I've dealt with. Had a appointment for them to quote our driveway. Got a phone call the day prior stating they won't do it because they googled our property and they consider it too small of a job

I have a big driv...

I have a big driveway that needed to be redone and so I started asking around for suggestions on who to use. Quite a bit of people told me they used 5 star paving and they were very happy with the quality they received. So since I hard so many good things about this company I decided to give them a try. Right from the beginning I was very impressed with the great customer service I received. They contacted my in a timely manner, gave great suggestions, explained exactly what they were going to do and the process, and answered all my questions. I had some cement and asphalt work done so I had had two groups of guys come here. All of them were very nice and professional. And tidy too! (I was surprised to see that they cleaned up after themselves so well, couldn't even tell there where was all these guys with machines here by the time they left). Even after a harsh winter my driveway still looks great and brand new. I will defiantly be telling everyone about them and using them whenever I need cement or asphalt work done. This company lived up to it's name of 5 stars for me.

Exceptional Work at Competive Price

5 Star Paving conducted work at our residence in 2009. The project was large consisting of Exposed Aggregate Concrete Sidewalks, Curbs & Asphalt Paving of our laneway. Management of 5 Star Paving from estimator to foreman were very approachable, considerate to our questions & uncertainties in the descision-making process & extremely helpful in offering sugguestions to ensure our complete understanding of the project. 5 Star Paving did an exceptional job, we have no hesitation in recommending them based on our experience.

DO NOT HIRE NOT DEPENDABLE!

We called this company and booked in to have our driveway paved. We had agreed on a day and time to have this work done, took the day off work to be there when they were supposed to arrive. They didnt show up at th etime scheduled, we called and they said they would be there at 6:30 pm to do the work.NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! No one called to inform us and we should have known they were not dependable as when every time we called they would say "what address are we doing again?". Not dependable at all and kinda of glad they didnt come after all because their workmanship may not have been 5Star as the company claims they are!
