Don’t pay him till you get what you need/wanted. We couldn’t get a hold of him for 7 months after we paid. Left messages with his machine or “associate” and he never called back. The donations were so mismanaged and not sent on time,he didn’t pay the caterer till 3 months after, even though we already paid the funeral home, legal documents weren’t sent in. People grieving shouldn’t have to put up with this behaviour.

Crawford Funeral Home Arthur, Ont did an amazing job working with me and accommodating me when my son tragically passed away. However, once paid they have not completed the tasks of providing me a video played at the funeral as well as a list of donors. I was unable to thank everyone that donated. Very bad for business hence the 2 stars
