Excellent service! The team went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready by Friday. Cory even picked up a part in Toronto on his day off and dropped it off at the store to ensure That I had my truck for the weekend, thanks again Cory !

I recently purchased 4 brand new tires from Active Green+Ross, the Barrie location. The day after I had these new tires put on, one was completely flat. As a result I had to pay for a tow back to the location, wherein I was told that it was more than likely a fault of mine that resulted in this damage. Upon their inspection, a leaking valve was discovered which was a result of incorrect installation. My experience here cost me far more than it should have, in both time and money.
Amazing service!!! Ken was amazing to deal with. He handled my warranty work with Michelin no problem and with professionalism. I was denied warranty work from the local Toyota dealership for my tires and Green and Ross stepped up no problem. A++++
