Zero customer service. Asked for bank statements 6 times through 5 persons and waiting nearly 3 weeks. No reaction, no bank statements, just excuses. This bank Scotia whatever they call themselves whom I’ve had an account over 10 years just doesn’t care about their customers. Typical fat, lazy, and irresponsible Canadian bank
