Absolutely horrible horrible customer service! Several attempts to reach out to customer service/managers at Belleville branch over 10 days regarding an important matter via phone calls/voicemails and emails thru customer call centre after waiting over 40 mins only to be cut off twice. Beyond furious!!!!
