Disgusted! I am a paying customer and have been. Theres been a dramatic change to my bill. Upon calling in to try to understand such a change the woman proceded to not only talk down to me but raised her voice. Shame on your customer service. Will be going elsewhere.
We have recently signed up for their fibre optic service along with IT support. All promises were kept and their staff were efficient, professional and knowledgeable....
