Poor service poor attitude poor parts!

I was very disappointed in the service I was provided today. I called about a gas tank that they said they had last week and this week...drove to brantford from the chatham area...paid for the tank...was told it would take all day to take out...and was later informed that the tank was rotten. I would have appreciated if they had checked the condition of the tank before I drove down. The guy sitting at the desk did not seem to care and could only say "we don't pull part until you pay".
