    TERRIBLE

    Paid them to clean my house and they did a mediaocra job on the areas they decided they would clean. They missed half of the house and didn't wipe down sinks or facets in the bathroom. Left dust on surfaces and didn't clean under the couch. Waste of money, thank god I got a full refund. However the cleaner damaged my stainless steel appliance with a scouring pad (then tried to blame my 12 year old 80 lb dog when confronted and refused to take fault or pay for the damage) DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!

    Addition to previous review. Brenda refused to put through a claim through her insurance. Her maid lied and said there was no damage to the oven. The scratch marks are the width of the scrubbing pad on my counter, and the pad was wet, meaning the maid used it. Brenda said she believes that Robin didn't cause the damage, and it was my dog. My 70 pound 12 year old dog took the scrubbing pad off the countertop, got it wet, and used it on the stove. Ya right. Horrendous experience
