Terrible experience... took laptop to replace cpu fan and came back without the screen working. I was told that I could still use a monitor. $70 to replace a CPU fan and loose a screen that had a twisted cable. Save your money

I found Andrew fair, knowledgeable and ready to please. I purchased a refurbished PC and have had it for 3 days. Only time will tell.
