Very impressive crew. Worked well together and everyone was in a good humour in spite of the cold weather. Not a single scratch. Truck packing was amazing and everything important was well protected. Would definitely recommend this company.

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

I recently used the services of It's The Right Move Burlington & Oakville for my move from Burlington to Toronto, and I must say that they exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was extremely professional and responsive to all my queries. They arrived on time on the day of the move and worked non-stop until everything was loaded onto the truck.
