Rob Capello, of Capital Builders Corp. and Capital Signature Construction, takes advances for materials that he never actually purchases. His work is consistently subpar and fails to meet building inspection requirements. With a history of dishonesty, he routinely neglects to pay his subcontractors. Last year, during the construction of an auxiliary building, we were misled and lost more than $25,000, leaving us with nothing but a large hole in the ground.

Terrible contractor, didn't finish the job. His crew had no Canadian experience, they had a lot of deficiencies and failed inspections numerous times and then demanded early payment and when confronted, walked away from the job. We had to hire 2 different contractors to fix up the items that were not done properly and thus costed 4 times more compared to being done right in the first place. Delayed project by 3M. He talked a good talk but him and his crew were not able to perform. DO NOT HIRE.

Amazing contractor went above and beyond I’d recommend Rob and his gem to anyone
